HAPPY 50th ANNIVERSARY

This year marks the 50th anniversary of one of the world's most wonderful toys, Lego. I myself had them as a child... no, make that I had tons of them as a child, and they are currently in a box in my parents' attic.

As my family tree branches out, and the younger generation embraces its own traditions and toys, I am happy to report Lego made the cut. I'm saddened to say lame toys like Hanna Montana and others also made the cut, but as long as the most versatile, imagination building toy is part of their world, I still have hope for the future.
